CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cool or warm water is recommended.
  • Gently wash with a mild shampoo - Do not twist or rub the hair.
  • Rinse thoroughly with a hair conditioner.
  • Allow the towel to absorb moisture and dry naturally - Avoid rubbing the towel through the hair to dry. Do not comb when wet.
  • After it is completely dry, style the hair. Starting at the bottom, gently comb the hair using a downward motion with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers. Gradually move up until you combed all the hair. Never begin combing at the top or middle. It will damage and tangle hair.
  • Gently comb hair with a wide tooth comb each day. 
  • Wear a bonnet to sleep.

Hey, I ordered human hair mane concept pristine for braids. The hair I received was great. I had paid for express shipping, however unfortunately the package was incorrectly posted in the red street posting box which led to me receiving the hair later than my hair appointment which was disappointing. I obviously only realised this was the case once it arrived as there was a sticker from AusPost that stated this. Other than that, ordering was a smooth process. Thank you!
