Dispatch Speed
We offer same day dispatch on orders made before 11AM AEST Monday-Friday. Same day dispatch means your orders are packed and handed over to Australia Post that day. After that, your delivery is subject to Australia Post delivery times.
You will not receive your order on the same day it is shipped unless you select Same Day courier delivery (Melbourne Metro only).
All orders made after 11AM will be dispatched by the next business day.
All orders made Saturday-Sunday will be dispatched Monday morning.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is now available from Clyde North, VIC.
Click and Collect fulfillment takes 2-4 days. You will receive a pickup notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Weekday orders are usually fulfilled by the next day and weekend orders are fulfilled on Tuesdays.
We have partnered with Studio MJ. Please note that this is a Click & Collect site for online orders only, not a Braid Besties store, and no stock is held on their premises.
All orders need to be picked up within 10 days or they will be cancelled and refunded. Any orders that are cancelled in this way will be treated as returns and liable to a 15% restocking fee.
Same Day Delivery
We offer same day delivery to most Melbourne metro suburbs. To see whether delivery is available to your suburb, please enter your address at checkout. You will see a Local delivery option if your postcode is covered.
Please note that deliveries are made by Jet Couriers from their Pakenham depot. Delivery is priced accordingly. Local delivery rates are flat fee based on distance and not weight so it will cost the same regardless of how much or little you order.
Order cut off time for same day delivery is 11am Mon- Fri except for public holidays. All same day deliveries booked after this time will be sent the next business day.
You will be notified when your order is ready for courier pickup and after it has been delivered.
Overseas Biling Addresses
If your credit card billing address is registered overseas, your order will automatically be cancelled unless you provide an Australian phone number. We need to verify orders like this to avoid chargebacks. Thanks for your understanding.
Buyer's Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that your postage address is correct. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or returned due to incorrect address.
Please also ensure your email address is correct so that you receive all your order updates.
It is also your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct items.
If you enter the wrong address or make an incorrect order, please contact us immediately by phone call (9am-5pm Mon-Fri) or text message (all hours) on 0478362263. This is more reliable than email or Instagram dm's. Because orders are processed in a short amount of time, we may not see your dm or email until your order has already been sent out, at which point we cannot help you.
Any items that are returned to sender due to incorrect address will be treated as returns. We will give you a refund of your order minus the postage cost, and we may charge a 15% restocking fee according to our discretion.

Enter our Postcode (3978), and yours for an estimated shipping time for both Standard and Express delivery. Add one day to this estimate to allow for us to post your package.
(Please note that the table below shows estimates only, and you need to allow ample time for Australia Post to deliver your packages, especially in peak seasons like November and December, when they are likely to experience delays.)
