1. What forms of payment are available? 

We accept all Visa and Mastercard credit/ debit cards as well as Paypal, Afterpay and Klarna. 

 

2. Where do you ship? 

We currently offer shipping Australia wide and to New Zealand. 

 

4. When will my items be shipped? 

We ship orders within one business day. For more information on shipping options, ETAs and order tracking please see our Shipping policy.  

 

5. Can I pick up my items? 

We currently do not offer local pickup. 

 

6. Can I return a purchase? 

Yes of course! See our Returns page for information on our returns policy. 

 

7. Can I change my order? 

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately via email: contact@thebraidbesties.com.au (all times) or Phone 0478 362 263 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). Once your items are dispatched we cannot change or cancel your order. You will need to organise a return once you receive the items. 

 

8. Do you Offer Wholesale Pricing?

Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. You can access these discounts on the product pages. Our discounts are in tiers according to the order quantity. You can also combine different items to unlock the discounts.
