Hey, I ordered human hair mane concept pristine for braids. The hair I received was great. I had paid for express shipping, however unfortunately the package was incorrectly posted in the red street posting box which led to me receiving the hair later than my hair appointment which was disappointing. I obviously only realised this was the case once it arrived as there was a sticker from AusPost that stated this. Other than that, ordering was a smooth process. Thank you!
